Email info@mapsdata.io and include the email address on your Mapsdata account. For a failed search or MCP request, include the job ID and the client you were using, but never send a password, API key, access token, or payment-card information.

If an AI client cannot connect, reconnect Mapsdata and approve the requested read and write permissions. The write permission is used only for tools that start a search or enrichment after the credit cost is confirmed.
