Yearly prices are charged once per year and represent a 25% discount from paying the monthly price for 12 months. Credits still reset monthly on yearly subscriptions.

## Credit Accounting

- One requested Google Maps result costs one lead credit on an active paid plan.
- One business submitted for standalone enrichment costs one lead credit.
- A paid job reserves the requested or submitted credit count before entering the queue.
- A successful search keeps the reserved charge even if Google Maps returns fewer businesses than requested.
- Failed jobs follow the Mapsdata refund path.
- Read-only API calls do not consume lead credits.
- Paid credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over.
- Credits cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

## Search and Enrichment Limits

- Google Maps searches must request at least 100 businesses.
- A request below 100 returns HTTP `422` before a job is created or credits are reserved.
- Paid searches and standalone enrichment batches support no more than 700 businesses per job.
- The runtime maximum may be lower when a subscription is inactive, the free allowance applies, or the remaining balance is below the product ceiling.
- Call `GET https://www.mapsdata.io/api/v1/account` before a large API job and choose a count no greater than both `credits_remaining` and `max_results_per_search`.
- If a request needs more credits than remain, the API returns `402` and explains the required and available amounts.
- If a request exceeds the plan or 700-business product limit, the API returns `403`.
- Rejected requests create no job and consume no credits.

## API Request Limits

- Account-wide rate limit: 1,000 API requests per rolling 60 seconds.
- Scope: shared across all API keys owned by the account.
- Daily request cap: none.
- Monthly request cap: none, separate from the lead-credit allowance.
- Creating another API key does not increase throughput.
- Active searches and enrichments also share an account-wide concurrency limit.

## Billing and Subscription Rules

- Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly.
- Yearly subscriptions are charged once for the full annual price.
- Both billing intervals receive a fresh lead-credit allowance each month.
- Unused monthly credits do not roll into the next month.
- A scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Mapsdata may place remaining credits on hold while cancellation is scheduled and restore eligible held credits if the subscription resumes before the period ends.
- Fees are non-refundable and unused time or credits are not prorated except where required by law.
- Stripe processes paid subscriptions.

## Data Availability

Feature inclusion does not guarantee that every field exists for every business. Mapsdata returns information when it can find and support it from Google Maps, the company website, public records, partner data, directories, and other public sources. Business data changes, and result volume and enrichment coverage vary by niche and location.
